Yes, you can find everything online 24/7 – there’s a wealth of information on the Segen customer portal from brochures, datasheets, product specifications, installation manuals, warranty documents, guides, design tools and configurators. Live stock levels, quotes and account information, invoices and design tools, the portal has it all!

Also, Segen customers are assigned dedicated team members to assist with everything they need. There’s a Sales Manager who has a huge amount of product and industry knowledge, and the Order Processor who handles the logistics of the deliveries and makes sure they go smoothly. There’s a Technical Support Engineer on hand to help with any before, during, and post installation enquiries, and for any finance enquiries there’s an expert on hand to keep accounts on track.

There are warranties available on all Segen products, and you can find out more and download warranty documents on the customer portal product pages.

Often free extended warranties are available if products are registered online with manufacturers but also, extended warranties are available to purchase from Segen or the manufacturer directly, offering peace of mind to installer and system owner.

Yes, you can collect orders from our warehouse in West Rand, Cape Town. Whatever size it might be from a set of stickers to a container of modules.

The 16kW plus single-phase hybrid inverter is the biggest addition to Sunsynk’s low voltage (48V) single-phase inverter range. It’s suitable for off-grid, grid support, backup, and self-consumption PV systems and can also be used in both three-phase and single-phase parallel applications.

For installations with Pylontech, REVOV and Hubble Lithium batteries use this BMS cable: SUN-CAN-3M

For installations with Freedom Won batteries use this BMS cable: F-WON-CAN-SUN

It is recommended that you use the size 3 fuse holder with the appropriately rated size 3 fuses when deploying this inverter system, the battery DC currents are high and the size 3 fuses best suits this application.

Installations with Sunsynk products need to be registered to gain full activation of the warranty. Register here>>

Equipment warranty registration needs to take place within 7 (seven) days of commissioning of the project, failure to register the warranty may result in the warranty being made void.
 
When carrying out firmware updates, ensure that the inverter is on bypass mode and the PV is off. Failure to do this may damage your inverter.
