Yes, you can find everything online 24/7 – there’s a wealth of information on the Segen customer portal from brochures, datasheets, product specifications, installation manuals, warranty documents, guides, design tools and configurators. Live stock levels, quotes and account information, invoices and design tools, the portal has it all!

Also, Segen customers are assigned dedicated team members to assist with everything they need. There’s a Sales Manager who has a huge amount of product and industry knowledge, and the Order Processor who handles the logistics of the deliveries and makes sure they go smoothly. There’s a Technical Support Engineer on hand to help with any before, during, and post installation enquiries, and for any finance enquiries there’s an expert on hand to keep accounts on track.

There are warranties available on all Segen products, and you can find out more and download warranty documents on the customer portal product pages.

Often free extended warranties are available if products are registered online with manufacturers but also, extended warranties are available to purchase from Segen or the manufacturer directly, offering peace of mind to installer and system owner.

The Victron Quattro-II is a bi-directional hybrid inverter/charger that is fully compliant with the NRS097 grid code and comes as standard with an internal earth-neutral relay. Some of its features are listed below:

  • 2 x AC inputs for connecting the grid and generator respectively. 

  • 2 x  AC outputs, the first is for connecting back-up (critical) loads and second AC output is for non-essential (grid) loads

  • True pure sine wave inverter, it can run motors and pumps smoothly.

  • Adaptive charging, which is good for battery health. It automatically detects if the battery is on absorption stage or float stage.

  • Less than 20 milliseconds reconnection time, no flickering when transitioning to an alternative power source.

  • Rigid design making suitable for industrial applications

  • Hybrid power assist technology, the unit can automatically incorporate battery power to compensate where peak power is required.

  • Multiple system integration features, which makes this unit compatible with a range different batteries and other inverters (Please see attached compatibility list document).

  • The unit is capable of parallel operation

  • 6 X 5kVa single/split phase summing up to 30kVA

  • 12 X 5kVa three phase, 4 units per phase summing up to 60kVA
