The Segen Team helped fund and participated in shopping for much-needed grocery donations for children’s organisations.

By sponsoring the November Charities Shopping initiative in partnership with Makro and run by Nashua Children’s Charity Foundation — an organisation motivated by enabling continuous community upliftment — SegenSolar helped support the goal of boosting community spirit through meaningful donations.

The SegenSolar team went shopping with representatives from the Nashua Children’s Charity Foundation for groceries and other essentials for underprivileged children, which were then handed over to the respective charities’ representatives.

The Nashua Children’s Charity Foundation spent more than R 236,000 on the shop, meaning the children could receive plenty of groceries, cleaning materials, toiletries clothing, storybooks, games, toys and kitchenware.
